About Me...
Hi everyone! Welcome to my site. I'm a professional swimmer based in Tempe, AZ and I swim with Coach Bob Bowman on the ASU Pro Team. I proudly represent Team Speedo, Allianz Insurance, and Foss Swim School! I've swam competitively since I was eight years old and I LOVE this sport. I've always appreciated the demanding nature of the practice schedule and how it forces me to be a conscientious time manager in other areas of my life.
My passions outside of swimming are my family, my dogs (Kai, Jinger & Link), my cat, Roo, Stranger Things, Water Safety & Mental/Behavioral Health. It's been an incredible road over the past 13 years.
My various competitive experiences have led me to be a strong advocate for the critical need to take care of YOU. No matter the road you travel in life, we all need to keep in mind the core value of resilience and the need to take each journey one step at a time. Need help? Seek it! Don't have all the answers? Career Accomplishments
2021 Tokyo Olympian
Won Silver in the 200 meter Butterfly and Bronze in the 100 meter Backstroke. Also won Silver in the Women's 4x100 Medley Relay.
2017-2024 USA Swimming National Team
Seven-Time USA Swimming National Team member. Member of six consecutive Team USA International "A" Squads since 2017.
2023 World Championship Team
Only the 4th female swimmer in US history to win four individual medals in one World Championship Meet. Won Silver in the 50/100/200 Back & Bronze in the 200 Fly. Also won Gold in the Women's 4x100 Medley Relay. Broke the American Record in the Women's 50 Back.
2022 World Championship Team
Won Gold in the 100 meter Backstroke and Gold in the Women's 4x100 Medley Relay.
2019 World Championship Team
Won Gold in the 200 meter Backstroke and Gold in the Women's 4x100 Medley Relay. Broke World Records in the 100 & 200 meter Backstrokes.
2018 Pan Pacific Championship Team
Won my first international medal with a Bronze in the 200 meter Backstroke.
2017 Junior World Championship Team
Won Gold in the 100 & 200 meter Backstrokes, and Silver in the Mixed 4x100 Medley Relay.
2017 World Championship Team
In my first World Championship appearance, I made the A Final in the 200 meter Backstroke at 15 years old.
